Rupandehi, Sept 27: Six houses from Tapmajhuwa of Butwal Sub-Metropolis-11 have been swept away by the raging Tinau River today.
Chief district officer in Rupandehi, Janak Bahadur Shahi, informed that two cemented and four mud-and-stone houses were washed away by the flooded river. However, there was no human casualty.
Security officers were mobilized to relocate the affected families. The rainfall is continuous. RSS
